Nyaight of the Living Cat

This is an Anime about a virus or something that turns everyone (in a world that is already obsessed with cats) into cats. The cats can take over other creatures and a character with a cat allergy is considered somewhat powerful because they can avoid the cats. We have a character that knows everything about cats and many other interesting cast members.
