It’s a Tower building strategy game similar to one I played as a kid called SimTower. It was on super sale with all the DLC etc. I already played it when it first came out but not the DLC and I think I was borrowing it from my brother because I didn’t have it anymore. Came up in conversation with a visitor at MADE because he was playing SimTower on the old Mac.
