I woke up to a message from Yash and walked the dogs to a long conversation with him and his wife Brenda. The landlord for our spot visited and checked out the building. He said: "You're living like Haight-Ashbury in the 60s!" which isn't too far off-- I think overall the visit was good. The water heater repair should be able to move forward. I just need to make sure to stay on top of it. On the walk back before meeting with the landlord I called Jacob since the conversation with Brenda mentioned a possible business opportunity. I don't think I have the chops to make it happen unless I work to regain them (or learn new skills all-together since the ask was very AI forward) but I know that I know the people that could make it happen.
