2:30 Still unable to sleep, so I prepared our ride to the airport for us.
Problem-- I paid for the Arlanda Express already, but it's useless with how early our flight is. Live and learn I guess. That was also a waste on the day of, since we should have just uber'd direct to the hotel if it would have been as cheap, it would have saved some exhaustion. Now I know.

Scheduled for
Tue, November 4 at 04:06 am (GMT+1)
Your driver will wait until 04:11 am (GMT+1)
Pickup at: First Hotel The Studio
Dropoff at: Stockholm Arlanda Airport

Some Torn... Okay. now there isn't anything else other than trying to sleep. 2:34

It's pretty early in the day, or late at night rather, right now. 01:48
I can't sleep, although I did for a few hours, I woke up and I just couldn't get back to sleep despite trying.

I figured I'd recap all that we have done since we landed now:
Day of landing-- we got to the hotel and Sarah was exhaused, so I went over to L+S's place and hung out with them. It was good but I think from the plane and not resting I picked up something that has been dragging me down- a sinus something that is just now fully coming to an end. My nose is still a bit raw but other than that I'm at like 90%. They purchased us some candy (lös godis) and some läsk (soda, trocodero) and that was really nice I think since it was pretty early we went back over together (Sarah and I) and hung out until late. That was Wednesday the 22nd. On the 23 we went to the Nobel Prize museum and it was really cool, we visited L+S again after that and I brought them some "dynamite" candy that was jalapeno and licorish. Before we left to the museum we went to the store with L and I don't really know the order of things. Oh there was a lasagana! Which was very nice. We went to the store again just Sarah and I and purchased a lot of things for our hotel fridge and some soda to share. We purchased what we needed to make Sarah's Zuppa Toscana and it was really nice. We just had that today. I think the lasagna was on the 23rd. On the 24th we were just so tired that we stayed home for most of the time. I think I went over and said hey and so did Sarah because that was the day that M arrived and the day before the bachelor and bachelorette party. C was also there, which was nice and it was fun to hang out. The 25th was the bachelor party and that was really cool. I took a lot of photos. You should ask me for them if you want them. It was from pretty early (9am) all the way to 00:00 and we took a ride share home. On the 26th we went over to Ls family home and celebrated a birthday a bit early, which was a delight. I mainly spoke with his brother's wife in english. The food prepared was chantreel mushroom pie, which was a delight. There was an apple pie and princess cake served as part of the celebration also. It was great to see the family. On Monday the 27th we went to Burgrummet which is now known as Stockholm Toy Museum. It was really fun and we finished the evening with a dinner at Stockholm Gästabud where we enjoyed Köttbullar och Lax. After that we met with L and C and picked up the keys to the venue for the party coming up on the 1st. I packed up the Switch 2 and took it over for some Mario Kart World, which was really fun. It's all going so fast! Yesterday-- which was just a few hours ago now (it's 2:03), was Sarah's Tattoo appointment. It was really cool to watch it happen and I think it turned out wonderfully. She got another Bear Tattoo, this time on the right upper chest to mirror the bear on her left upper chest. It's Bamse holding his farmor's signature Dunderhoning (Power honey, or directly translated-- thunder honey)! We returned home and Sarah prepared the Zuppa Toscana (which was much awaited). We've been getting the breakfast at the hotel, it's really good. This morning, that is to say- the morning of the 28th, we shopped at Lidl instead but I think today we will get the breakfast or eat leftovers. We plan to get the hotel breakfast with L+S on the morning of the 30th. The 31st is the wedding, the 1st is the party, the 2nd is a monday that I think is somewhat open, the 3rd is the day we take off? I need to check that. I think that's true, and somewhat sad. It feels like it is just around the corner. It's been a great trip and I hate to think that we only have 1,2,3,4,5,6 days left-- albeit the climax approaches. En brolopp for the ages! That reminds me. We have a reservation for "Gondolen" tonight that Sarah made for us, and on Monday we have one with the newlyweds at a vegan restaurant. The only day that doesn't have something on the calendar now is the Sunday after the party-- which might as well be saved for recovering from the party!

Sarah already asked if we could come back again soon-- in the Summer I suggested. We will need to have more time. Saving more money to make it happen passes my mind, but it's not useful to think about while I'm here- it distracts from the moment.

It's 2:14, I better try to sleep again.
