It's travel day, I've been journaling in the iOS app "Journal" and it was good, but I was getting sick of being unable to type at a reasonable speed. I wish I could type even faster than this! But I know what goes into building that skill and for now the speed I have is fine for what I do.

So, what's the day been like? We "woke up" (I never slept) at 4:30 to get the last of our things ready and head to SFO in an Uber. We got to the airport and boarded the first plane without much waiting, I wrote in the phone journal for most of that 3 hour flight and got really excited for the trip, but one thing did happen-- J let me know that he wouldn't be able to join us due to some circumstances beyond his control. Which, is kinda a bummer but also it's not a problem at all-- the goal was to spend time with Sarah and now there isn't a way to get distracted from that.

This flight is 4 hours and I don't know how much has passed. I put on Justice's album Hyperdrama into my headphones. That will help spend an hour or however long.
