Polywise

A book By Jessica Fern and David ? that I am reading now that I've finished Jessica Fern's other book, Polysecure.

So far it's taught me a bit about part work, the LOVE U and EASE methods. I've heard a lot of helpful advice about stepping into, or choosing not to step into CNM. I've been told it's okay to allow yourself to not do it, and that it comes with massive change.

I learned about Justice Jealousy, in a story about David's complacence / taking for granted of Jessica. It is refreshing to get a story from an author, but from both, having the perspective of the hurt and cause. The reflective cringe of looking back at a mistake, and learning that they really didn't exactly make it through it (divorce) was powerful.

I don't have much more to say about it at this time, but I'll try to take book notes and move them here as I listen.
