The Nintendo time trial ghost beat me on this course, but I downloaded a faster ghost and followed it (or rather, I tried) and got a better score.
It's set in a desert biome and is a pretty easy track. I think it's the first course they showed us and although it's a race track proper it has a "rally/all-terrain racer" theme that the game leans into more than a "pro/race-track racer" theme like it uses on the more classic styled Mario Circuit
