Ninā Erick, the nintendo time trial ghost beats me on this course.
It's set in a desert biome and is a pretty easy track. I think it's the first course they showed us and it's has a "rally racer" theme that the game leans into more than a "pro racer" theme like it has used before.
In the Mushroom cup you leave from this course to reach Crown City
