Zuppa Toscana

This is a tasty soup that Sarah makes for me.
They have it at Olive Garden too. I don't know much about it but could ofc, wiki it.
The name and that it's at OG would tell me it's Mediterranean, that's Tuscan right?

I know there are potatoes, kale and heavy cream involved.
