it's 11:41 I woke up around 9:10am (or rather Sarah woke me up)!
I played MKW and now I should get ready for work. There is a lot to do

It's now 2025-06-17 and I have a bit of time to write about the last few days:

The day and the volunteer meeting went well. The MADE main floor exhibits are back in place (minus one GT driving simulator and rig).

I have a lot of pictures to share and today is now my day off so I have no excuses.

Ah but ofc, .heic (which I decided to try vs JPG to WEBP) doesn't work... hmm...
Now to go back to where I was talking about the ffmpeg command I can use.

So what I was doing on 2025-06-11 wasn't up to snuff.

brew install imagemagick

Here is the new command, it also places them in the 'converted' directory.

mkdir -p converted && for f in *.heic; do magick "$f" "converted/${f%.heic}.webp"; done

Okay, now that is done! 5MB of photos highest resolution HEIC to WEBP using imagemagick in order of newest to oldesst:

My phone is set to automatically take a screen shot at 20:56 every day if I am using my phone.
This was the screen shot for this day. I'm avoiding learning Swedish on Duolingo and playing chess instead. Which is good but wasn't my goal and I get streak / exp / etc for it! Bah!

I quickly wet-erase marker'd the finished test layout onto the floorplan

The PS3 and Wii U are here front and center now, there could be SOOO much Minecraft going on at once now.

You can still play everything, but also look at the shelves, and we have space for more things!

Before I left last the museum I wanted to capture the results.

We're going to have DS ready for play for members! The volunteers at MADE are amazing.
The one that made this happen is mentioned on the people page on the MADE site.

The website had some sort of cache issue and I saw this old info live and needed to share it with someone else asking about what other could see. The site needs a lot of love.

I started to draft something that would allow for a narrow path and recessed seating, but it wasn't going to work out and keep the same feeling

Having the clear pathway was very inspiring to me, I took a photo to remember.
